Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using the information about K-pop artists, albums and news provided by PopNote (“the Service”), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Service and its users.

1. 1. “Service” means all text and materials the operator provides at kpop.ferrycast.kr.
2. 2. “User” means anyone who visits the Service under these terms.

2. 2. The operator may change these terms to the extent permitted by law and will post the changes and their effective date on this page.

1. 1. Articles are written from public information — official agency announcements, music platforms and press reports — and each page lists its sources and the date they were checked.
2. 2. Release dates, concert schedules and sales figures may change after publication. Information is current as of the date shown; check official channels for the latest.
3. 3. The Service does not cover unconfirmed rumors or private life.

1. 1. The Service does not publish artist photos, album covers, audio or music videos. The rights to those works belong to the agencies and rights holders.
2. 2. If a rights holder or a person written about believes an article infringes their rights or is inaccurate, please contact us at the address in section 8. After checking, we will correct or remove it without delay.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not responsible for decisions users make based on the Service’s information (such as buying tickets or albums) or their consequences.

The Service may display ads to cover operating costs. The use of advertising cookies is governed by the Privacy Policy.
