Lay Zhang, also known as Zhang Yixing (张艺兴; 장이싱), is a Chinese singer, producer, dancer and actor. He debuted with EXO-M in 2012, built a solo career in China and returned to an EXO album for REVERXE in 2026.
1.EXO career (2012–present)
Lay debuted with EXO-M and the full group in 2012. After concentrating on work in China for several years, he returned to EXO recordings for Don't Fight the Feeling in 2021 and REVERXE in 2026.
2.Solo music and production (2016–present)
He began his album career with Lose Control in 2016. Later releases include Lay 02 Sheep, Namanana, Lit, Producer, West and Step, spanning Mandarin pop, hip-hop and dance music.
3.Film and television
Lay has acted in Chinese film and television and has also appeared as a mentor and producer on music competition programs.
