Chanyeol (Park Chan-yeol) is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, producer and actor. He debuted with EXO in 2012, formed EXO-SC with Sehun in 2019 and launched his solo EP series in 2024.
1.EXO and EXO-SC
Chanyeol has contributed rap and lyrics to EXO recordings. In 2019, he and Sehun formed EXO-SC and released the EP What a Life, followed by the studio album 1 Billion Views in 2020.
2.Solo music and acting (2015–present)
Chanyeol has appeared in films and series including So I Married an Anti-fan, Memories of the Alhambra, The Box and The Frog. His solo EPs Black Out and Upside Down were released in 2024 and 2025.
3.Military service (2021–2022)
He served on active duty from March 2021 to September 2022.
